If you are going to enter a new business, but you don't know the ins and outs or trade secrets of the business, it is foolish to wing it and learn by very costly trial and error methods. We know, because that's how we had to do it.

We will teach you how to find your land, evaluate it, make offers, negotiate leases, and lease it. We will show you how to develop your initial base of 100 charter members within 3 to 6 months.

You will have a competitive advantage over any future competition, through your AWA affiliation, which gives your members nationwide access to private land. You won't have to tie yourself down to take care of your members reservations, AWA does that for you. Through our highly-developed online reservation system. Your members can make their own reservations. They can go online from their home or work 24/7 to see very detailed color aerial photos of all land of all clubs in the USA. These maps also have GPS coordinates, direction maps, topographical maps, and our own unique "harvest reports." Harvest reports show all records of all visits to each property, showing the dates visited, what member visited it, what for, what game was sighted (not just what they were hunting for) and harvested, and comments about the property. This enables members to feel comfortable reserving land they have never visited before. They will know what's there and what they can expect to find, before spending valuable time and money traveling. Members often make reservations on land that they had never been to before and frequently have a high success rate. AWA maintains an office staff from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time Zone), Monday through Friday, to assist your members if they don't have internet access or have questions not answered online.
Territory Protection
You will be the only AWA club in your county with an office, unless the county population is over one million. Easy to reach quotas guarantee your exclusive territory.
You will be the link in your area to other clubs throughout the USA, which collectively will enable your members to have nationwide access to private land for hunting every type of game available, as well as fishing for all types of freshwater and saltwater fish, as well as camping in all 50 states on private land reserved just for them. You can lease land wherever you want, but usually it will be within 100 miles of your office. You can sell memberships to sportsmen anywhere, but if you sell a membership to someone in another AWA club proprietary area, you may be required to pay that club a nominal fee, one time. You shouldn't find yourself competing regularly with a fellow AWA club.
Sportsmen will join your club even if they don't want to use land in your area, just because you are the connection to land in all other parts of the USA which they are more interested in visiting.
